Our Impact
Measuring reach,
learning and lasting change
We measure different levels of impact separately.
Impact dashboard
Evidence that reflects different forms of change
Tai tracks participation, learning, lived experience and lasting uptake separately so that each form of evidence can be interpreted on its own terms.

Where we are strengthening the evidence
Tai is building a fuller picture of change across the entire pathway from participation to lasting impact, with a strong focus on depth, follow-up and sustainability.
Delayed follow-up
We are strengthening how we track whether early changes endure over time.
Longitudinal studies
We are building more rigorous evidence on how outcomes shift across months and years.
Cost-effectiveness
We are deepening understanding of value for money across different delivery models.
Youth agency measurement
We are refining how we capture voice, decision-making and leadership over time.
Local ownership
We are expanding evidence on whether community and school-led use becomes self-sustaining.
Institutional influence
We are strengthening proof of how organisations change practice and systems.
From Delivery to Local Ownership
Long-term impact requires more than expanding Tai’s direct implementation.
We increasingly equip young people, teachers, schools, community actors and institutions with:
- Dialogue and facilitation tools
- Youth co-creation methods
- Training and capacity-building
- Digital and blended learning resources
- Institutional dissemination pathways
- Follow-up support for continued use
Our long-term ambition is for effective approaches to be used, adapted and sustained beyond Tai.
